What we collect
Forms. When you use the book a call or free ads audit form, we collect what you type: your name, work email, company, message, and, if you fill them in, the ad platforms you use and your rough monthly ad spend.
Bot protection. The forms use Vercel BotID to tell people from bots. It runs in your browser when you open a form page and sends signals about your browser and connection to Vercel.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records the pages viewed, the referrer, and approximate location and device data, without cookies.
This site has no accounts of its own. The sign-in page only sends you to your company's Heyo address, where you sign in separately. We do not keep what you type there.
How form messages are handled
What you submit in a form is emailed to Heyo through Gmail. A person reads it and replies by email.
We use it to answer you and to talk about a possible project. We do not sell it.
Account access for an audit
The free ads audit involves access to your ad account. We agree that access with you separately, before any work starts. Any paid pilot that follows is also agreed with you separately, before it starts.
We use what we can see in the account to run the audit and report back to you, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that work.
Who else handles your data
Vercel hosts this site and provides analytics and bot protection. Google provides the email service that receives form messages.
Vercel and Google may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to reply and to run any work we agree. You can ask us to delete yours.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us. Use the form at /book-a-call and say what you need.
Changes
If this page changes, the date above changes with it.
